Rememberkin works best with a FamilySearch account. It is free, and we pull your tree and photos directly from it without changing your FamilySearch tree. If you don't have one, learn how to create one. If you have a GEDCOM file you're hoping to use, email support@rememberkin.com and tell us more about your project.

Not at all. If your family tree already exists on FamilySearch, most of the work is done. Rememberkin gathers the data and lays out the pages automatically — you just pick the starting person and the product.

Minutes, not hours. Rememberkin builds a complete first draft automatically. Most families spend a little extra time swapping photos and polishing details, but you can go from sign-in to checkout in a single sitting.

We gather the portraits already attached to your FamilySearch tree, and you can upload your own. You choose which photo represents each person.

That's normal — especially for earlier generations. Our layouts are designed to look beautiful with or without portraits, and you can add photos any time before you order.

Our photo enhancement brings faded, scratched, or low-resolution family photos back to life so they look great in print. You can preview the result before deciding.

Every book and chart is custom-printed to order. Most orders are printed within a few business days and arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location. You'll get tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Yes — books and charts make wonderful gifts for parents, grandparents, and siblings. You can order as many copies as you'd like in a single checkout.

If your order hasn't gone to print yet, we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. If it arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for the details.

No. Rememberkin only reads from FamilySearch to build your products — it never writes to or modifies your tree.
