The five things people ask

Do I need a FamilySearch account?
Rememberkin works best with a FamilySearch account. It is free, and we only read your tree—we never change it. If you don't have one, learn how to create one. If you have a GEDCOM file you're hoping to use, email support@rememberkin.com and tell us more about your project.
Do I have to design anything?
No. Rememberkin assembles and typesets the first draft for you. You review it, make only the changes you want, and decide when it is ready to print.
What if my tree or photos are incomplete?
That's normal. Start with the relatives and portraits you have today. Rememberkin does not invent missing people or facts, its layouts work without every portrait, and you can upload your own photos before ordering.
Can I change it and see everything before I pay?
Yes. Building and reviewing your keepsake is free. You can see the finished layout and use the available editing tools before you order; nothing prints until you say so.
How long does it take?
Your first draft is built in minutes. Review time is up to you. Most custom-printed orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on the product and destination, and standard U.S. shipping is included.
