Do I need a FamilySearch account?
Rememberkin works best with a FamilySearch account. It is free, and we only read your tree—we never change it. If you don't have one, learn how to create one. If you have a GEDCOM file you're hoping to use for the Ancestor Book, email support@rememberkin.com and tell us more about your project.
Do I have to design the book myself?
No. Rememberkin assembles the first draft for you—including the cover, ancestor pages, couple spreads, pedigree charts, timelines, and albums. You review it and make only the changes you want.
What if my tree has gaps?
That's normal. You can start with the relatives available in your tree today. Rememberkin does not invent missing people or facts, and you can add or correct information before you order.
What if some ancestors don't have photos?
The layouts are designed to work with or without portraits. Rememberkin starts with photos attached to your FamilySearch tree, and you can choose a different one or upload your own before printing.
Can I see the whole book before I pay?
Yes. Building and reviewing the book is free. You can see every page and use the available editing tools before you order; nothing prints until you say so.
How long does printing and delivery take?
Most custom-printed orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on the product and destination. We'll send tracking as soon as your order ships, and standard U.S. shipping is included.
